David Farrell

David Farrell joined the Fortuna Mining Corp. Board in 2013. David has over 25 years of corporate and mining experience and founded Davisa Consulting, a private consulting firm working with global mining companies, in 2011. Prior to creating Davisa, he worked at boutique investment banking firm Endeavour Financial and Canadian law firm Stikeman Elliott. As managing director of M&A, David has negotiated, structured, and closed more than US$25 billion worth of M&A and structured financing transactions for natural resource companies. He graduated from the University of British Columbia with a BComm (Honours, Finance) and an LLB and holds the ICD.D designation from the University of Toronto Rotman School of Management and the Institute of Corporate Directors.
