Kylie Dickson

Kylie Dickson joined the Fortuna Mining Corp. Board in 2017. Kylie is a CPA,CA who has worked with companies throughout the mining lifecycle and played a pivotal role in multiple financings and M&A transactions. She was most recently the VP, Business Development at Equinox Gold and, before that, VP, Business Development at Trek Mining. Kylie previously worked as CFO for JDL Gold, Anthem United and Esperanza Resources, and served as the Corporate Controller of Minefinders.

Chair of the Audit Committee and Member of the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee.
